Sadia Ejaz Salon is a one-stop beauty destination in DHA Phase 6, Karachi, offering hair, facials, makeup, and spa. These Terms & Conditions apply to this website and to the services you book with us.

By using this website or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or book our services.

Our services are listed in the Services section of this website and include:

• Hair — cuts, blow-dries, colour, highlights, balayage, and styling.
• Facials — Electro-Sonic facials, Environ Signature facials, facial add-ons, and Cool Peel treatments.
• Makeup — bridal, engagement, mehndi, party, and eye makeup.
• Spa — massages, body scrubs and polish, and nail spa.
• Eye care, lash extensions, grooming, and nails.

Service names, descriptions, and images on this website are for general information. Results vary from person to person, and we cannot guarantee a specific outcome.

Appointments are booked through WhatsApp on +92 321 1499976. We do not take bookings through a web form or by any other method listed on this website.

An appointment is only confirmed once we reply on WhatsApp with an available date and time. When you book, please tell us which services you would like, so we can allow enough time for them.

Please give us accurate information when you book, including your name and contact number.

Our prices are published in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) in the Services section. Prices may change, so please message us to confirm before booking.

A “+” after a price means the price starts from that amount, and your final price may be higher depending on your requirements. Some services, such as Engagement | Nikkah Makeup, are priced on request.

Accepted payment methods, and any advance arrangements for larger bookings, can be confirmed with us when you book.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please message us on WhatsApp as early as you can, so we can offer your slot to someone else.

If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule it, depending on our other appointments.

For bridal, engagement, mehndi, and other event makeup, timing and any advance arrangements are agreed directly with us when you book.

Occasionally we may need to change or reschedule an appointment due to circumstances beyond our control. If this happens, we will contact you on WhatsApp as soon as possible to arrange a new time.

Some of our services — including facials, Cool Peel treatments, eyebrow and lash services, waxing, massages, and nail treatments — may not be suitable for everyone. Before your service, please tell us about:

• Any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities.
• Any medication or recent treatments that may affect your skin, hair, or nails.
• Pregnancy, or any other health condition that may be relevant.

We may recommend a patch test, adjust a service, or decline it if we believe it is not suitable for you. Please follow any aftercare advice we give you.

We offer children's haircuts. Children should be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for booking and for the child's behaviour during the visit.

We ask all guests to treat our team and other guests with courtesy and respect. We may refuse or end a service if behaviour puts the comfort or safety of others at risk.

You are responsible for your personal belongings while you are at the salon.

We want you to be happy with your visit. If you are not satisfied with a service, please tell us at the salon or message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible, so we can talk it through and discuss the options available.

We may take photos of our work to share on our Instagram and Facebook pages. We will ask for your permission before sharing images in which you can be identified. If you would prefer not to be photographed, just let us know.
